Betty and Tatiana decided to join forces in January 2017 to co-found Mandala Cheese to bring the joys of gourmet cheese to people who can’t or won’t eat dairy.
Tatiana is a cheese-obsessed vegan on a quest for the perfect vegan cheese. She came across fermenting and aging techniques that mimic dairy production. She was looking for the perfect partner to start a company with for two years before she realized Betty was the one. Betty has extensive entrepreneurial experience and is passionate about sustainable food production.
Together, Betty and Tatiana will soon launch Mandala Cheese on the Montreal market in the summer of 2017.
